Skinny Dressing with Green Grapes in a mason jar with some seedless grapes in the background

This Skinny Dressing with fresh Green Grapes, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and olive oil is smooth and sweet, yet healthy, light and vegan at the same time. The perfect low-calorie salad dressing to take any salad to the next level.Skinny Dressing with Green Grapes in a mason jar with some seedless grapes in the background

This Skinny Dressing with fresh Green Grapes, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and olive oil is smooth, light and goes well with a lot of healthy salad combinations.

Even though green grapes are the main ingredient in this low-calorie salad dressing, their taste is not at all overpowering. What the seedless grapes add to this skinny salad dressing, is a subtle, fruity sweetness, without having to add any more sugar.

Really, who wants to spoil a healthy salad by drowning it in a fatty, sugar-loaded dressing?

This skinny salad dressing with green grapes is especially light as it has very little fat. Two teaspoons of olive oil are enough to give this low-calorie salad dressing a nice velvety texture without having to add too much oil.

I would have never put grapes into a dressing but now that I read through the ingredient list, I can really picture it! Bookmarked!

This dressing was amazing! Did not want to waste grapes that would not be eaten and decided to look up a recipe! Fresh and light.. great on green salads and with added fruit like strawberries, peaches., blueberries!

Hi Diana! At least a week, stored in the fridge in an airtight container.

This dressing was simple and wonderful. We had a pretty good crop of grapes from our grapevine, so this was perfect. We have had what remains for a little over two weeks in the fridge in a dressing container. Should I toss it?
