1package8 oz - 225 g reduced fat cream cheesetake it out of the fridge one hour before starting so it's at room temperature
1cupthick and creamy Greek yogurt
½cupblue cheesecrumbled
1cupparmesan cheeseshredded, divided
1can14 oz - 400 g artichoke heartsdrained and roughly chopped
1tspgarlicfinely chopped (about half a clove)
2tspsmoked paprika
½tspnutmeg
½tspfreshly cracked black pepper
1tspTabasco sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F - 180C.
In a large bowl, add soft cream cheese, Greek yogurt, blue cheese and ½ cup parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined. Add remaining ingredients (artichoke, garlic, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, Tabasco sauce) and mix.
Pour into a medium baking dish and sprinkle with remaining parmesan (½ cup).
Bake for about 25 minutes or until top is slightly golden. Remove from the oven and serve hot with chips, crackers or veggie sticks.
