An easy cream cheese fruit dip lightened up with Greek yogurt and made with peanut butter + chocolate chips for extra yumminess. Perfect to eat with fruits, as a spread over pancakes or even by the spoonful! Naturally gluten free.
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and soften with a hand mixer for about 1 minute (you can also use a whisk but it will be more difficult).
Add yogurt and peanut butter to the bowl and whisk to fully combined.
Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times until just incorporated.
At this point, you can taste the dip and add some honey, maple syrup or sugar if it's not sweet enough to your taste (I didn't add any).
Serve immediately with cut up fruits (like apples, bananas, strawberries...) or store in the fridge, covered, to serve later (see notes below)
