Oh my goodness! What a lovely site! I've pinned many of your recipes already. I love the idea of including the nutrition information and the WW points. (Having done WW for years).
But I am writing to thank you for the sandwich recipes! I live in Hawaii and on Fridays several girlfriends meet after exercising and go to the beach and just relax. My friend & I are in charge of the sandwiches & beverages. She is Italian & can whip up something easily but I struggle! No longer! Thank you!

Looks yum but not a club sandwich. Club sandwiches have 3 slices of toast.

Can't go wrong with smoked salmon and cream cheese! This is what I'm craving for lunch, like, every day!
