Happy friday friends! I left Normandy (Cotentin to be precise!) last tuesday after a great week with my father's side family. Here's a few pictures of this beautiful region, with a few family pics too!
I'm currently visiting the Basque Country in the south-west of France and I'm loving it so far. Next week we're starting the Basque/Spanish week on NEC. Can't wait to share these recipes with you!

I scrolled through your blog today, and I am very impressed with your recipes. Food represents a challenge for me, from portion control, to picking ingredients, to cooking, to ensuring my two kids eat something (!) and that they eat something healthy (!) and the list goes on. I think your blog will be helpful for me going forward, so thank you! Oh! and Normandy looks SO beautiful! I am speechless.
