Grapefruit is one of my favorite fruit. I love to eat some not only for breakfast, but also as a snack or a dessert. Regular people usually eat only half of the fruit, but I like to eat the.whole.thing. A half is definitively not enough! And this thing is 100% healthy so…why should I restrain myself?
As much as I love grapefruit plain simple, with no sugar, I also like to give it a little twist sometimes and bake it with a pinch of cinnamon and a little maple syrup. So good! It also tastes very good with honey, or brown sugar. Warm grapefruit is definitively something you have to try. It makes a perfect dessert if you’re in a hurry or just getting bored of your usual fresh fruits.
PS: Mom, if you’re reading this, I promise there is not too much cinnamon in this one, even for you. I swear.

This looks so good! I love grapefruit. Putting this on my list of things to try.
Oh thank you
i loooove grapefruits too!
These are so good! I tried broiling the grapefruit first and I didn’t like how it was still room temperature through the bottom half of the grapefruit. Not an issue with this recipe! I’m actually not a huge fan of grapefruit but this is a great way for me to prepare them and really enjoy them!!
Yay I’m glad you liked them! But, quick question, how can you not like grapefruits?? haha just kidding
